Ladies and gentlemen, this is our 100th post, and what better way to celebrate than with some champagne! Here’s one of our favourite champagne cocktails, the French 75.
1 oz gin
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
1 oz Brut champagne
Shake the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup over ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Top with the champagne.
