Do you like bananas? I sure do. Not only are they chock-full of nutrients and antioxidants, but they’re also the main ingredient in one of my favourite desserts – banana bread.
So when I ordered a bottle of Giffard Banane du Brésil, I figured I’d try my hand at a banana cocktail in dessert form.
Here’s what I came up with:
Add ingredients in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a slice of banana.
The result is a sweet, deceptively boozy, banana-flavoured cocktail that everyone can enjoy. Unless you don’t like bananas. In that case, get lost.
I’m pretty happy with how this one turned out. I made a drink that tastes like dessert.
